珠海九洲保利140别墅，呈现纽约都会风格，随处可见的人文艺术情怀，空间上以几何线条与柔和色调为主，尽显现代都市的摩登气息。设计师根据对以往墅居的理解，实现地上三层、地下二层的多维联动，以满足居者的生活习惯和需求，因室内设计需求对夹层进行了相应调整，设置工作室、健身室、工人房，负一层增加楼梯通向夹层工作室，再次强调空间的专属性。室内外的空间界限模糊，让自然光入室，软装上以柔和色调与金属材质点缀，展现了轻奢有质感的艺术品味。

The dsigner comprehend on the basis of the past villa,interconnected three layers above ground and two layers below ground,to meet the living habits and needs of the residents,due to the interior design needs of the mezzanine has been adjusted accordingly,set up the studio、 fitness room 、workers room，the negative level adds a staircase to the mezzanine studio,emphasize the exclusivity of the villa.Blurring the boundaries of the interior and exterior , make natural light to enter the room, and the soft furnishings are embellished with soft tones and metallic materials to show the artistic taste of light luxury and texture.
