东篱餐厅坐落于中国重庆的一个高端商业综合体之间,这座曾孕育了上万年铜梁文化的文明古城,层峦叠嶂、沃野千里,素有“天府之国”的美誉。于是,设计师根据地域性特色,在现代主义的主导氛围之下,融合了在地文化和历史文脉。通过对几何造型建筑感与极简美学的探索与表达,用趣味的思维转化成室内外艺术场景,进而诠释出视觉、触感、精神上的共鸣,再现了巴渝地区“巫山七百里,巴水三回曲”的人文景观格局。

Dongli restaurant is located between a high-end commercial complex in Chongqing. Chongqing, an ancient civilized city, which has been pregnant with Tongliang culture for thousands of years, is known as the "Land of Abundance". Therefore, according to the regional characteristics, under the dominant atmosphere of modernism, the designer integrates the local culture and historical context. Through the exploration and expression of geometric modeling architectural sense and minimalist aesthetics, the designer transforms it into indoor and outdoor artistic scenes with interesting thinking, and then interprets the resonance in vision, touch and spirit, and reproduces the humanistic landscape pattern of "The length of Wushan mountain is 700 meters, and the current of Bashui is winding and tortuous" in Bayu region.

 

重庆,远看是山,近看是城,城在山上,山在城中,故而亦称“山城”。《说文解字》中有云:山,宣也,宣气散,生万物,有石而高。外形轮廓采用了现代建筑的思维方式,设计师从山水意象中提炼出曲线的元素,并延伸出不规则的白色形体环绕于原建筑红色的楼体周边,通过结构变化,使二者融为一体,相得益彰。同时,也让建筑的外立面形成一个简单突出的表达,更加醒目地展露街头。从入口看去,狭长的甬道神秘中带着层层深入的空间美感,搭配发光字体打造的落地LOGO,轻易就可以俘获过路行人的目光。

Chongqing is a mountain from a distance and a city from a closer look. The city is on the mountain and the mountain is in the city. Therefore, it is also called "mountain city". The outline adopts the thinking mode of modern architecture. The designer extracts the curvilinear elements from the landscape image, and extends the irregular white shape around the red building of the original building. Through structural changes, the two are integrated and complement each other. At the same time, it also makes the facade of the building form a simple and prominent expression, showing the street more eye-catching. Looking from the entrance, the narrow and long corridor is mysterious with layers of deep space aesthetic feeling. The landing logo created with luminous font can easily capture the eyes of passers-by.

 

随着大众审美的逐渐成熟以及新新人类的推陈出新,人们对餐饮空间的追求已不再是简单的味蕾诱惑,更是对于美食文化以及由其延展构建而成的精神空间的向往。步入一层大厅,颠覆常规的空间架构,大胆鲜明且对比强烈的色彩布置,以及刚柔并济的选材搭配……无不让人在冷峻中寻求到一种超现实的平衡。

With the gradual maturity of public aesthetics and the innovation of new people, people's pursuit of dining space is no longer a simple temptation of taste buds, but also a longing for food culture and the spiritual space formed by its extension. Stepping into the first floor hall, subverting the conventional space structure, bold and distinct color layout, and the combination of rigid and flexible materials, all of these let people seek a surreal balance in the cold.

 

中间庭院通过严谨的比例拿捏,满足了多元多样的功能性需求。天花借助于镜面不锈钢,形成富有冲击力和戏剧性的视觉效果。波纹艺术灯饰的巧妙介入和运用,打造多元层次的同时,令空间更加灵动有趣。水吧台的采用镂空亭台结构打造“建筑中的建筑”,结合金属台面,倾力演绎传统与现代的和谐之美。

The middle courtyard meets various functional requirements through strict proportion. With the help of mirror stainless steel, the ceiling creates an impactful and dramatic visual effect. The clever intervention and application of corrugated art lighting make the space more flexible and interesting while creating multiple levels. The water bar adopts the Hollow Pavilion structure to create "building in building". Combined with metal table top, the water bar is devoted to the beauty of harmony between traditional and modern.

 

包厢内墙展开了一幅幅巴山绵延、渝水纵横的画卷,尽显“群峰倒影山浮水”的恢宏瑰丽。设计师以精致的艺术格调平衡了现代商业潮流,用设计的语言同空间产生对话。通过山水的开合,使得三个包间既相互独立,又彼此连接,呈现给人们一种新的生活方式的表达。

The wall of the box unfolds a picture scroll of "Bashan mountain stretches, Chongqing river crisscross", showing the magnificent "reflection of mountains and floating water". The designer balances the modern commercial trend with exquisite artistic style, and uses the language of design to have a dialogue with the space. Through the opening and closing of mountain and water, the three private rooms are independent and connected to each other, presenting people with a new way of life expression.

 

为让一楼与二楼相互关联,设计师掀掉了一部分楼面,雕塑般的旋转楼梯拔地而起,承载着上升与延展的空间感,跃动的韵律在一片宁静的画面中流露出有温度的情愫。新搭建的二层过道以中间庭院为中心体,无遮挡的视野使楼上与楼下的互动顺畅且和谐。

In order to make the first floor and the second floor interrelated, the designer lifts up a part  of the floor surface, and a sculptural spiral staircase rises from the ground, carrying the space sense of ascending and extending. The dynamic rhythm reveals the feeling of temperature in a quiet picture. The newly built two-story corridor takes the middle courtyard as the center body, and the unobstructed view makes the interaction between the upstairs and downstairs smooth and harmonious.

二层的每个包间都被包裹进了低调的奢华之中,流畅的线条拼接着现代的艺术轨迹,辅以低饱合的淡雅配色,在这毫无刻意手法营造的空间内,食客处处皆可感知高山流水之雅意。粗砺的墙面铺陈出了当地特有的历史质感,透过点线面的层次递进,让空间得以舒张。临窗而坐,室外盛景一览无余,与室内的水墨色交相辉映,静享那份与自然风景对饮的惬意。

Each private room on the second floor is wrapped in low-key luxury. The smooth lines are combined with the modern art track, supplemented by low-saturation and elegant color matching. In this unintentionally created space, diners can feel the elegance of mountains and rivers everywhere. The rough walls are paved with the unique historical texture of the local area, and the space can be relaxed through the layers of point, lines and surfaces. Sitting by the window, you can have a panoramic view of the outdoor grand scenery, which complements the ink color of the interior, and you can enjoy the cosiness of drinking with the natural scenery.
