背景：

城市有机更新关乎人与空间：新生代客群催生了新生代资方；新生代的诉求注定了物业的转型与重生。日渐凋敝的写字楼被改造为时尚精品酒店，开业半年以来，100%入住率，100%好评，客房单价比肩五星级酒店——是一次城市有机更新的鲜活演绎。

Background:

The organic urban renewal relates to human and space. New generation of customers attract new investors. New generation of customers’ needs lead to the transformation and regeneration of the real property industry. Our fashionable boutique hotel, renovated from a deserted office building, has kept 100% occupancy rate and 100% positive review since it opened half a year ago, with the same price as five-star hotels. This is a live showcase of the organic urban renewal.

设计统筹：

重庆渝中半岛，双江交汇处350米（63层）高空精品酒店，19间客房，不同的窗口，别样的景致：饱览雾都两江四岸美景、8D魔幻山城都市灯火，私享一部触及内心的电影，一次酣畅淋漓的桑拿，一次神清气爽的泡浴。哪怕是短暂的栖居，也必定给予满满的诚意与尊重，为随缘而至的旅客，呈现立体魅力重庆。

Design Plan:

The aloft boutique hotel (on the 63rd floor), located 350m from the intersection where the two rivers meet in Chongqing Yuzhong peninsula, has 19 rooms total with diverse views. You can enjoy the beautiful scenery of the two rivers and four riversides of the foggy city, and the 8-dimensional city lights of the magical mountain city, like enjoying a touching movie, a sweating sauna or a luxurious bubble bath. Even just short stay, you will be provided with full sincerity and respect by the charming city - Chongqing.

创意主题及手法：

项目基因天马行空，衍生出“盗梦空间”的主题，设计以分镜头手法将入住酒店的主要环节进行体感分析和调控：熙攘嘈杂的街区——局促的轿厢——神秘幽暗的影音前厅——概念虚幻的前台——舒缓柔和的通道——豁然开朗的全景客房——诗意浪漫的云端浴缸...逐步蓄能，营造“不切实际”高空体验。

Theme and Method:

With unconstrained thoughts, the theme of the Inception has been created. The design is to optimize every step from the check-in process to the entry of your room by presenting story boards of the bustling streets, narrow elevator, visional front desk, softly lit hall way, spacious room with full view, romantic bath tub in the clouds, all of which will build you a dreamy aerial experience.
