过去30年,商务酒店标准化程度决定了经营者的竞争力,但千篇一律的形象受到越来越多消费者的排斥。委托人是当地较有影响力的连锁商务酒店品牌,希望通过与布道设计的合作,对品牌全面升级和改善,用美妙的体验和友好的形象,换取客户青睐。
酒店位于中国成都市龙泉驿区一栋写字楼内,占据其中的6层(首层,14至18层),建设面积10200 ㎡ ,共有143间客房。挑战来自三方面:如何有效平衡项目品质和紧张的预算(1500元/平米)?如何化解上百家办公企业与酒店共用首层大堂的冲突?怎样将远离城市中心的商务酒店打造为品牌升级的典范?
设计师将注意力重点投放到决定项目成败的大堂,说服业主将原本与办公人群对抗的矛盾转变为友好共享,为企业提供高品质的商务环境,同时空间也得到全面融合。在此基础上,将龙泉当地文化导入品牌,提炼了设计主题——“云起”,并将其贯穿整个酒店的设计,力求给予客人一个诗化的城市酒店,一次浪漫的商旅体验。
通过项目团队的共同努力,将刻板的办公空间重塑为轻松且充满诗意的共享社交空间,将单调的商务酒店升级为特色鲜明的精品酒店。因为超越效果预期,委托人也将客房售价从原定的200元/间的提升至400元/间,实现了品牌、商业、创业的多赢。
In the past 30 years, the degree of standardization of business hotels has determined the competitiveness of operators. However, Chinese customers are tired of stereotyped hotels. In this project, the client owns a local influential chain business hotel brand. They aim at upgrading the hotel brand to attract more customers by providing a wonderful experience and their friendly image. the preaching design, and to win the favor of customers with unique experience and friendly image.
The 143-room hotel is in an office building located in Longquanyi District, Chengdu City, China. It occupies six floors (first floor, 14-18 floors) with a construction area of 10,200 square meters. The challenges include: 1)how to balance project quality and tight budget (174 GBP per square meter)? 2)How to resolve the problem that hundreds of enterprises have to share the first-floor lobby with Berncy Hotel? 3)How to provide a hotel brand upgrading model in the area that is far from downtown?
Designers focus on the critical hall area of this project. Designers had persuaded the owners to create a high-quality business space by sharing it with office crowed people.
Designers introduced the "Cloud Rising" concept to this hotel. It features the local culture of Longquan District, aiming to give guests a poetic and romantic business hotel experience.
Through the efforts of the project team, BDD revitalized this office space by providing a relaxed and social area of Berncy Hotel. BDD also upgraded the hotel brand from a stereotyped lower price business hotel to an upper midscale boutique hotel. For this project exceeds client’s expectations, they raised the price of the room from the original 23 GBP per room to 41 GBP per room, which achieves a win-win situation of the brand, the business, and the entrepreneurship.
